I
have been asked to give a letter of recommendation for
Darren Moakes and his GAPP Services Team and I am most
happy to do so. Darren and is
colleague Ray came to look at our pool in April of this
year, it was in a very sorry state having been neglected
for the entire winter, filled with Green algae and
rapidly turning Black. After an initial assessment of
the pool and the pump house they told us that it was
saveable and began to rectify the situation. Within a
week it was crystal clear and all trace of algae has
completely disappeared. We gave GAPP
Services five stars and a contract to maintain the pool
thereafter, which they have to the same high standard.
We have lived in Spain for more than ten years, and we
have employed a number of supposedly professional pool
services companies over that time to look after our
pool. They all did so with varying degrees of success,
reliability and professionalism, but none to as high a
standard as GAPP Services. I have found Darren and the
GAPP Services team to be knowledgeable, reliable,
polite, professional and real value for money, I
recommend them unreservedly.

We have known Darren, Ray and Phyl for 2 years. In
that time they have helped design and construct a brand
new garden, which we are delighted with. We also
use them for our regular garden maintenance. They
are very hard working and committed and nothing is too
much trouble. During the February storm (2009)
although we were not in Spain at the time, they
contacted us and let us know the considerable damage
that was done. They offered to repair all damage, most
of which was nothing to do with the garden. We can
recommend them without reservation.
